New Construction
City of Bridges Community Land Trust has partnered with the Polish Hill Civic Association for this seven-home development in the Polish Hill neighborhood. These homes were built on land that was largely vacant since an arson destroyed part of the area in 2007.
In 2020, CBCLT received a $750,000 grant from the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh’s Affordable Housing Program to fund the first four of the eight-homes.

Polish Hill Fabricators Request
City of Bridges Community Land Trust, Rothschild Doyno Collaborative, and architects aim to engage with the community in hiring folks to do some of the fabrication for materials in the eight-development coming to Polish Hill in the next 12 months. To that end, they have asked the PHCA to reach out to the community seeking fabricators—connected to the neighborhood—who are interested in being considered as subcontractors on any of the following work products. Please submit the completed form by Wednesday, June 30. Feel free to include photos of past work or a portfolio website, if you happen to have one. For more information, please contact Julie Collins at Julie@cityofrbidgesclt.org. Thanks!
