Direct Development Program

Our Direct Development Program allows City of Bridges Community Land Trust serves as an affordable housing developer through both renovations of existing homes and construction of new homes. Homes created and sold by City of Bridges CLT will remain affordable in perpetuity.

No minimum income is required to apply, however, buyers must pre-qualify for a mortgage loan and maximum income limits apply.

Buyer-Initiated Program

Our Buyer-Initiated Program offers down payment assistance to income-qualified homebuyers. The program provides mortgage-ready homebuyers with flexible grants of up to $45,000 to put toward down payments, closing costs, or home repairs on homes in the area, listed at $185,000 and under.

In return, homes purchased through this program will become a part of the City of Bridges Community Land Trust, ensuring that they are permanently affordable for low- and moderate-income households.

Development Partnership Program

Our Development Partnership Program allows City of Bridges Community Land Trust to partner with like-minded housing developers to sustain and maintain affordable housing in perpetuity. Our partners will serve as the affordable housing developer while City of Bridges CLT provides marketing and buyer support. Homes purchased through this program will become part of the City of Bridges Community Land Trust, ensuring that they are permanently affordable for low- and moderate-income households
