First Front Door

First Front Door is a homebuyer grant program for the FHL Bank of Pittsburgh. FFD provides down payment assistance to qualified first-time homebuyers. For every $1 a homebuyer contributes, FFD will provide $3. Funding for this grant program will open Monday, March 16.

Housing Opportunity Fund

Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program

The Housing Opportunity Fund supports the development of and preservation of affordable housing in the City of Pittsburgh. The Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance Program (DPCCAP) provides financial assistance to eligible first-time homebuyers in the City who are interested in purchasing an existing or newly constructed residential unit.
