City of Bridges Community Land Trust is an independent nonprofit that develops permanently affordable housing assets to strengthen communities and improve the quality of their buildings and housing. We exist to preserve the affordability of homes in changing communities and to stabilize and preserve the character of neighborhoods by preventing the unwanted displacement of limited-income families.
